All fees are subject to the applicable scale fees prescribed by the Malaysian Bar Council where relevant.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to decline or terminate legal representation in accordance with the rules of the Malaysian Bar Council. Clients may terminate their engagement at any time subject to payment of all fees and disbursements incurred up to the date of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
